Foreign migration agencies leaders at ASAN Service
On May 22, 2025, a delegation led by senior officials of the relevant migration entities i of the member states of the Council of Heads of Migration Authorities, including representatives of the appropriate entities of the CIS and the Eurasian Economic Commission, were introduced to the activities of the “ASAN Service” center.
Welcoming the guests, Mr. Jeyhun Salmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, provided a comprehensive overview of the agency's diverse initiatives and highlighted the development of the "ASAN Service" centers, established on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, as well as various social innovation projects aimed at improving public service delivery and fostering social progress.
It was also emphasized that the State Agency received the prestigious UN Public Service Award in 2015, the UN Special Award in 2019 for advancements in public services through digital governance, and the "World's Most Advanced Public Service" within the framework of the "Global Government Excellence Award" Program in 2023, as well as successful implementation of the "ASAN Service" model in various countries around the world.
The guests expressed their great admiration for the activities of the “ASAN Service” centers and the innovative approaches implemented there.
The delegation also familiarized themselves with the activities of the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center, the “ABAD” public legal entity, and the Mobile ASAN Service, gaining insight into their contributions to social and economic development.
