Self-service means an opportunity of citizens to use all types of electronic services by means of computers with permanent Internet access in Centre.

Citizens who don’t have computers can use the permanent open internet provided in “ASAN service” centers for usage of existing electronic means. Citizens who have difficulties using the web-sites rendered through the state entities can use help of “ASAN service” employees as well.

 Self-service sections act at all “ASAN service” centers at present.
