A joint webinar of “ASAN Service” and the BSEC Secretariat
A webinar of the Working Group on Institutional Reforms and Good Governance was held, jointly organized by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Secretariat of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC). The event was dedicated to the topic of “Development and Implementation of Effective Citizen Relationship Management Systems in Public Service Delivery”.
The primary objective was to promote high-quality citizen relationship management systems in the field of public service delivery and to improve overall citizen satisfaction. Special attention was paid to facilitating joint experience exchange among the relevant public institutions of the member states regarding the application of innovative solutions in this field.
Jeyhun Salmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency, emphasized the importance of implementing relevant systems and highlighted the innovative solutions that have been successfully adopted at the “ASAN Service” Centers.
Withing the framework of the program, various sessions featured comprehensive presentations and interactive discussions led by both representatives of the State Agency and officials from relevant state officials of different countries. The BSEC Secretariat highlighted the significance of the webinar as a platform for fostering efficient practice sharing among the member states of the organization.
Based on its advanced experience in the relevant field, the State Agency has been selected as the national coordinator of the BSEC Working Group on Institutional Renewal and Good Governance for the period of 2023-2025.
