Over 1.6 million applications processed through ASAN in Tovuz in 5 years
The opening of Tovuz “ASAN Life” Complex took place on March 4, 2020, with the participation of the President of the Republic Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
The center provides services not only to nearly 737,000 citizens registered in the Tovuz, Gazakh, Aghstafa, Shamkir, Gadabay, and Samukh districts, but also to all citizens across the country without regional restrictions. The center’s operations are based on the principles of efficiency, transparency, courtesy, responsibility principles and citizen convenience. The center has registered over 1.6 citizen requests since its establishment. The center receives an average of approximately 1,000 requests per day. Nearly 400 services are provided at the center by various government agencies, as well as private companies and organizations.
395 volunteers have earned the title of graduate since the center began operating.
The ASAN café, designed for citizens’ relaxation, has capacity of 64 people. In addition, the café features a children’s play area equipped with various gaming devices.
At the Military Patriotism Center, young people not only receive extensive information about our military history and army development but also participate in basic military training exercises.
The Cinema Club operating within the complex has two screening halls, each with a seating capacity of 63.
In addition, a park has been established in the complex’s courtyard for citizens to enjoy their leisure time. The park area includes a fountain, a children’s play zone, a concert stage, and an outdoor café.
