There are going technical improvement processes with Call Center 108

On May, in regard with the technical improvement procedures within Call Center 108, there are some interruptions in responses to calls.

From May 27, the response of applications will be fully recovered.

Should note that  Call Center 108 provide with information, receive complaint and proposals on services for “ASAN service”, “ASAN Kommunal” centers, “ASAN payment” system and Mobile ASAN service.

Call Center functions from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm on Monday-Friday and from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm on Saturday in live mode, on non-working days Call Center functions via operator system.
