According to assignment of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan mobile buses provided with the modern technological equipment are continuing to serve citizens for delivering public services where the stationary “ASAN service” centers are presently absent and to benefit from services without coming to service centers.

"ASAN service" was awarded with "UGUR 2013" for efficient service and its contribution to the state-citizen relations.

“ASAN service” centers subordinated to the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been ensured the next innovative application -the function of SMS notification.
