On November 4, 2015, staff of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Azerbaijan got acquainted with the Baku “ASAN service” center No.3.
On November 3 – December 2, Mobile ASAN service will be serving to the residents of Absheron in the region Absheron, Khirdalan city and residents of Shamkir, Tovuz and Gadabay will avail the mobile services in Shamkir.
Since November 3, 2015, citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan without any registration restriction throughout the country can approach to any “ASAN service” centers in regard with the issuance of passports and its renewal.

On November 1, 2015, in regard with the elections to the Milli Majlis, “ASAN service” centers subordinated by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will not be functioning on November 1, 2015, will not be functioning.
