Mobile ASAN service will be delivering services to citizens in a mobile form on March 28 – April 16 in Neftchala, Zardab, Mehdiabad; on March 28 – April 26 in Qusar, Astara, Aghjabadi, Ismayilli, Salyan, Balakan; on March 15 – May 4 in Qazakh.
