On June 16, 2020 Agjabadi “ASAN service” center subordinate the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan started to operate.

According to the relevant Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on additional measures to tighten the special quarantine regime in Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Lankaran and Absheron region, the activity of the relevant "ASAN service" and "ASAN Communal" centers will be restricted.
