Mediators of the Turkic world at ASAN service.
The delegation led by Yakup Erikel, head of the Turkic World Mediators Union and a member of the Board of the Mediation Council of the Ministry of Justice of Türkiye, got acquainted with the activities of the "ASAN service" center under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Chief of Staff of the Agency, Fuad Garayev, informed the guests on the objectives of establishing "ASAN service" centers and the activities undertaken. It was highlighted that significant achievements have been made in increasing transparency and ensuring effective public administration through the application of modern innovations.
It was further noted that the Agency received the United Nations (UN) Public Services Award in 2015, the UN Special Award for public services development through the introduction of digital management in 2019, and the "The World's Most Advanced Public Service" in 2023 within the framework of the "Global Government Excellence Award" Program.
The guests were informed that more than 20 countries and international organizations are cooperating to share the experience of "ASAN service".
The delegation expressed their appreciation for the concept of "ASAN service" and the activities carried out by the State Agency across various domains.
Furthermore, the delegation familiarized themselves with the activities of the "Bilim Baku" Center, the ASAN Innovative Development Center, the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center, and "ABAD".
