Senegalese Officials Review “ASAN Service” Experience On-Site
A delegation led by Olivier Boucal, Minister of Public Service and Public Service Reform of Senegal, visited Victory Park and the Alley of Martyrs. The guests paid profound homage to those who sacrificed their lives for the freedom and sovereignty of our nation.
During their visit, the delegation also became acquainted with the operations of the “ASAN Service ” center, the 108 Call Center, and ASAN TV/Radio.
Moreover, representatives from various structural divisions of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan conducted a series of informative presentations.
It is noteworthy that the delegation's visit to Azerbaijan was made at the invitation of the State Agency.
Within the scope of the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on June 3 between the involved parties. This document facilitates the implementation of the “ASAN Service” model in Senegal, the organization of internships for Senegalese civil servants at “ASAN Service” centers, and the transfer of best practices by experts from the State Agency in public service delivery to Senegal.
The visit of the Senegalese delegation to Azerbaijan has now concluded.
