Ambassadors of Kyrgyzstan and Colombia visit "ASAN Service"

On September 25, 2025, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held discussions with Maksat Mamytkanov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Azerbaijan, and Luis Fernando Cuartas Ayala, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Colombia to Azerbaijan, following requests from both parties.

During these discussions, the guests were briefed on the "ASAN Service" centers, which were established under the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, along with the innovative solutions implemented in the realm of public services. It was emphasized that Azerbaijan's intellectual brand is currently being exported to over 30 countries.
The Kyrgyz Ambassador expressed that the operations of the "ASAN Service" model left a significant impression on him and conveyed his interest in adopting this model in his own country. Additionally, he highlighted the importance of examining the "ABAD" initiative, which focuses on fostering the growth of small and medium-sized family businesses.
In the meeting with the Colombian Ambassador, the importance of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in February of this year in Dubai during the World Government Summit between the State Agency and the relevant public authority of Colombia was discussed. The Ambassador remarked that the "ASAN Service" model had a profound impact on him and expressed his willingness to support efforts to expedite cooperation aimed at implementing this model in Colombia.
The guests also had the opportunity to learn about the operations of the "ASAN Service" center, the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center, the Mobile "ASAN Service”, the "ABAD" public legal entity, and the "Bilim Bakı" center.
