Montenegro applies the “ASAN service” experience
On December 3-4, 2017, a delegation of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan paid a visit to Montenegro.
The aim of the visit was to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the field of cooperation on establishment of progressive mechanism for public service delivery between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro and discuss the details of reciprocal activities in the relevant sphere.
This Memorandum, which stands for the improvement of public services delivery field of Montenegro, was signed on December 4 between the Chairman of the State Agency, Inam Karimov and Minister of Public Administartion, Zoran Pažin.
According to the Memorandum, it is considered to establish public services delivery centers similar to “ASAN service” model, organize of inter-agency internship programs and trainings and implementation of familiarization visits for this purpose.
There was held a press conference right after the signature ceremony, where Inam Karimov and Zoran Pažin answered the questions addressed by journalists.
Later on, the Chairman of the State Agency, Inam Karimov met with the Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro, Zoran Pažin.
During the meeting, there were mentioned about the reforms carried out under the leadership of the President Ilham Aliyev, also, “ASAN service” was emphasized as a part of these reforms with a successful experience and innovative applications in the field of public services delivery. Moreover, there were discussed on public services delivery and improvement of this field.
Zoran Pažin expressed his satisfaction with the development of relations between Montenegro and Azerbaijan in all fields. He expressed his satisfaction with the establishment of a new field of cooperation between two friendly countries and noted that the Government of Montenegro would provide with comprehensive support for the expansion of cooperation in this area.
At the end of the official visit, a delegation visited the bust of a prominent Azerbaijani writer Hussein Javid in the King Park in Podgorica and laid a sweat in front of him.
Advisor to the Diplomatic Mission of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Montenegro Anar Ajamov also took a participation at the meetings conducted in the frame of the visit.
