Libyan Ambassador Visits “ASAN Service” On September 2, 2025, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held a meeting with Ali Salem Nasser, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Libya to Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, the guest was briefed on the “ASAN Service” centers, established at the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, as well as the innovative solutions implemented in the sphere of public service delivery. It was specifically noted that this Azerbaijani intellectual brand is currently being exported to more than 30 countries worldwide.
The Ambassador, in turn, remarked that the “ASAN Service” model had made a profound impression on him and expressed Libya's interest in exchanging expertise and experience in this field.
The Ambassador also familiarized himself with the operations of an “ASAN Service” center, the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center, the “ASAN” mobile service, the “ABAD” public legal entity, and the “Bilim Bakı” center.
