The "GenjLİK – Young Leaders Development and Career" camp comes to an end
The "GenjLİK – Young Leaders Development and Career" camp has officially wrapped up at the Goygol Olympic Sport Complex.
This camp, organized with the backing of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the "ASAN Volunteers" organization in collaboration with the Executive Authority of Goygol District, aimed to enhance the leadership and professional capabilities of young individuals.
Young participants aged 15 to 26 took part in the camp. Over the course of five days, they engaged in professional training sessions covering topics such as leadership, personal development, project management, social media, marketing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition to the training, participants enjoyed social events, team-building activities, and interactive sessions, fostering a productive networking atmosphere.
The event featured notable attendees including Elvin Pashayev, Head of the Executive Authority of Goygol District; Aygun Mirzoyeva, Deputy Head of the Human Resources Management Department of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Aysel Jabrayilova, Head of the ASAN Center for Innovative Development; Vugar Aliyev, Chairman of the Union of Volunteer Organizations of Azerbaijan; Adila Aliyeva, Head of the Projects and Volunteer Work Department of the "Regional Development" Public Association; and Kamran Aliyev, Consultant at the Internal Control and Human Resources Department of the Supreme Court. These guests interacted with the youth, sharing insights on their development, areas of focus, and aspirations for the future.
At the end of the camp, all participants received certificates.
