State Committee on Property Affairs signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations

On June 20, 2017, there was signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the State Committee on Property Affairs and the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on improving the transparency, transparency, implementation of joint projects and innovation.


At the first part of the event, participants of the event got acquainted with the innovations in real estate and land management, optimization of registration of real estate and new approaches to address the single registry system, software and innovations in the Information Technologies and Information Management Center of the State Committee for Property Affairs.

“ASAN volunteers” also took aprticipation at the event. During the interview, they were informed about the latest technologies used in the management of state property in the Center.

Chairman of the State Committee on Property Affairs, Kerem Hasanov, who opened the event by his key note, said that the Memorandum signed between the Committee and “ASAN service” has a great importance in terms of expanding bilateral cooperation. According to him, this Memorandum is a wide platform is being created for increasing the transparency of services provided by the parties in the field of activity, the implementation of joint projects and application of innovations. The signed document will allow volunteers to be involved in the services provided, training of qualified personnel and the exchange of experience in this area.

Later, the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovation, Inam Karimov, highlighted the importance of cooperation with the State Committee on Property Affairs in the implementation of innovative projects in the field of services. He said that this cooperation was aimed at raising the level of citizen satisfaction and access to services. Inam Karimov noted that up to 16 million applications for “ASAN service” have been filed so far. Inam Karimov said that the Memorandum envisages implementation of innovations in the activities of the State Committee within the framework of the memorandum, ensuring wide use of electronic services, and the implementation of joint cooperation in the directions mentioned in the “ASAN service”. In addition, through the Master 2 program, “ASAN volunteers” will be trained in the State Committee on Property Affairs and will be involved in the trainings.

At the end, Kerem Hasanov and Inam Karimov signed a memorandum of cooperation.
