"ASAN Service" Delegation at the IV International Legal Forum

A delegation from the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, spearheaded by Deputy Chairman Jeyhun Salmanov, attended the IV International Legal Forum "Tashkent Law Spring," which was conducted in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The forum convened over 800 participants and included more than 20 thematic sessions.

During a panel session dedicated to public services, Jeyhun Salmanov delivered a thorough overview of the "ASAN Service" model and other critical areas of the State Agency’s initiatives. The "ASAN Service" model, founded on principles of innovative management, citizen satisfaction, transparency, and accessibility, generated considerable interest among the forum's attendees.

As part of the visit, a bilateral meeting was conducted between the State Agency delegation and the leadership of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties engaged in a comprehensive discussion regarding the implementation status of the "Memorandum of Understanding on Improving Public Service Centers in the Republic of Uzbekistan," signed in 2019, as well as the "Cooperation Program for 2024–2026 between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan," which was signed during President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Tashkent on August 23, 2024.

An agreement was established concerning the exchange of expertise in data management and the integration of artificial intelligence technologies in public services, along with the organization of specialized training for representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan at the "ASAN Service" centers.

Additionally, discussions took place with representatives from "Alibaba" and "Oxford Insights" at the forum to explore possible collaboration opportunities in innovation and digital technologies.
