"ASAN service" in the spotlight at the 11th World Government Summit.

Within the framework of his participation in the 11th World Government Summit, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, spoke at a round table dedicated to the topic "Future of Artificial Intelligence". He emphasized the growing importance of artificial intelligence and the need to use the opportunities created in this regard in a transparent and ethical manner. At the same time, he stressed the importance of drafting an ethical code regarding the use of artificial intelligence.

Within the framework of his participation in the 11th World Government Summit, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, spoke at a round table dedicated to the topic "Future of Artificial Intelligence". He emphasized the growing importance of artificial intelligence and the need to use the opportunities created in this regard in a transparent and ethical manner. At the same time, he stressed the importance of drafting an ethical code regarding the use of artificial intelligence.

It was also highlighted that "ASAN service" has adopted a strategy for the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions in management for 2024-2026. Ulvi Mehdiyev informed the event participants about the planned works to be implemented in this direction.

Representatives of state institutions from the United Arab Emirates, Mauritania, Egypt, Colombia, and the Republic of Korea, as well as management staff from "Meta," "Bloomberg," and "Microsoft" companies, spoke at the meeting.

During the summit, bilateral meetings were also held between the head of the State Agency and the heads of state institutions operating in the respective fields of different countries.

During the meeting with the Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Qarqawi, the works carried out within the framework of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of exchange of governmental experiences between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the UAE, signed on November 28, 2022, were discussed. An agreement was reached between the parties on the establishment of the Azerbaijan-UAE Joint Acceleration Center in our country in 2024. At the same time, issues related to holding the 2nd Azerbaijan-UAE Government Innovation and Competitiveness Forum were discussed.

During the meeting with the Secretary-General of the Government of Romania, Mircea Abrudean, information was provided about the activities of "ASAN service". The other party initiated the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding in the direction of implementing the "ASAN service" experience in Romania, and a preliminary agreement was reached between the parties.

During the meeting with the Minister of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nuria Kutnayeva, the importance of the "ASAN service" concept in the development of digitalization, transparency, and public services was discussed. The significance of the Azerbaijani model in terms of increasing transparency in the relevant field and applying modern technologies was emphasized.

During the meeting, the minister was invited to visit our country in connection with the Memorandum of Understanding, which is planned to be signed in the direction of exporting the Azerbaijani model on the provision of public services to the Kyrgyz Republic. The Kyrgyz side expressed gratitude to the chairman of the State Agency for the invitation and satisfaction with his visit to our country.
