Online legal service has been started to operate in the “ASAN service” center
An online legal service has been started to operate in Ganja “ASAN service “center under the subordination of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Thus, citizens can come to e-law offices and use legal services online.
Within the framework of the pilot project, E-Law Cabinet established at Ganja “ASAN service” center is planned to be implemented in other “ASAN service” centers as well.
It should be noted that the organization of legal aid services and other functional services at “ASAN service” centers were approved by Decree No. 706 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On ensuring the activities of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan " and directly is envisaged in Section 4.6 of "Rules of organization and service rendering of "ASAN service "centers.
