A new office of the "Call center" of "ASAN service" was opened

On August 10, 2018, the new administrative office of the "Call center” of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was inaugurated.

Starting from February 1, 2013, the Call Center implements the provision of information services related to the activities of “ASAN service” centers, accepting complaints and proposals on services.

The new "Call center”, which occupies about 2000 square meters, is located at Abbas Mirza Sharifzadeh 157 Street, Yasamal District, Baku. The center has 2 service rooms, 8 working rooms, 1 principal room, training and meeting rooms, server and lounge, kitchen. Taking into account the function of the muffler, the center is equipped with the modern technologies and equipments such as tables, computers, essential software, legislative database, database providing easy and quick access to the applicants, headphones and microphone. The latest innovations have been introduced in the service such as Cisco UCCE telephone system having wide and extensive capabilities.

The service halls is expected to have a total of 100 employees.

So far, about 2,500,000 applications have been received. At present, reception of applications via "Call" center 108 is carried out from 10:00 to 19:00 on Mondays and from 10:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays. At the same time, 24-hours automatic service is provided via voice informing system on holidays and weekends.

It is possible to get "Call" center services free of charge by dialing "108" from stationary phones in any region of the Republic.
